In 2000, Joan relocated to Colorado where she worked as a Broker Assistant. She obtained a Colorado Broker's License in 2004 and accepted an offer to the be the Office Manager for Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services. In this capacity, she spearheaded the inclusion of a company file share system and eventually a Microsoft small business server and became the IT troubleshooter. As Office Manager, her responsibilities included management of 7 administrative staff employees and coordination procedures between 4 Realtec offices. Her duties expanded to bookkeeping, payroll, A/R and A/P and HR. In 2014, she began producing all marketing materials and website management for the company.
Joan joined Team Spirit in 2016, assisting Moira with all administrative duties pertaining to the construction, development and real estate side of the company as well as managing the day to day operations at the corporate office level.
