Regional Manager of Hotel Services

Connectivity is at the forefront of our Regional Manager’s services. As ambassadors for Spirit Hospitality’s hotels, our Regional Managers act as educators for our hotel management teams and staff, representatives in the community and the middle man in communicating with our corporate office. Our Regional Managers are certified in the areas of individual revenue systems such as GRO and Perform, HOLIDEX and other reservation systems comprising of OPERA, ONQ, and Choice Advantage, as well as sales tools, for instance Quick base. This one-on-one interaction allows our hotels to stay current on any changes in the industry, develop a unique presence in the community and most importantly, share expertise with everyone company wide. This strategy helps exert professionalism and personal growth within our employees.
