This website has been created under the direction of the District Court for Larimer County, Colorado, to provide information to individuals or entities who may have claims against Spirit Hospitality, LLC arising before November 4, 2024 (the date the Court appointed a Receiver).

The Court has set a Bar Date—a deadline for claims submissions—of October 7, 2025 (90 days from the Court’s July 9, 2025 Order).  Claims filed after this deadline may not be considered, and you may not be eligible to receive payment from the Receivership Estate.

Please review the information and instructions provided in this portal carefully.  Filing a claim is entirely voluntary.  Failure to do so means your claim will not be adjudicated in this process.
